The Kazoos: This musical comic duo have impressed thousands of families with their energetic and hilarious musical stage show, including performances at The Channel 7 Good Friday Appeal, Moomba, Vision Australia, Carols by Candlelight, City of Melbourne New Years Eve shows and many more. The Kazoos show is a fast paced ride full of comedy, music and dance.

A highly interactive, imaginative and well crafted show that will keep children engaged, dancing and singing along, but most of all having fun! Jane Rainey, producer of Spicks and Specks, ABC television commented after a recent event “The Kazoos blew the other acts off the stage” and Chris Cheney from the Living End proclaims, “My daughter is so star struck by The Kazoos! They might as well be The Beatles!” Based on the foundations of good old-fashioned entertainment, with no silly gimmicks – THE KAZOOS are the real deal!

The Mudcakes: The Mudcakes have been leaders in the movement towards more organic adult-friendly children’s music, staging their own special events and playing shows at festivals, fairs, campfires, kindergartens and more including the Port Fairy Folk Festival, the Queenscliff Festival, the Williamstown Festival and more. Kazoos, harmonicas, bongos, mandolins and electric ukuleles may all be spotted onstage in a show celebrating roots music and the ups and downs of family life with elements of rockabilly, folk pop, 60s garage, surf, reggae and bluegrass. Kids (and parents) are always invited onstage to join in the fun!

Other stuff for the kids

There will be plenty for the kids to do on the day including; face painting, animal farm/petting zoo, cow milking and Gemma the Giraffe (stiltwalker) will be roaming throughout the festival
